All apparel is crafted upon order to reduce waste and ensure you’ve always got the freshest stock when you order! As such, production will usually take 2-5 business days and shipping will be around 6-12 business days depending on location.

You wll receive a confirmation when placing an order, when the product has been made (fulfilled) and details of the relevant shipping service whe shipped.

Once an order is fulfilled, we can no longer make any changes to it. If you have placed an order and wish to make changes to it, please email info@grapplemania.com and we will do our best to take your chages into account!

There is a commercial reality to running any business and for us to pay our athletes and continue the putting on the event we need to be able to pay our bills. From the staff to the running costs we never hide the fact that to put more money into the sport, we need to bring more money in. As such, supporting us will help us put more money back in for everyone involved.

Returns or refunds will only be applicable in the instance of a manufacturing defect or material defect with the product. The sizing guide has been provided so please double check your orders before placing them as to reduce wastage it would be ideal to not have to exchange products due to incorrect selection of colours or sizing.

All funds (excluding any 3rd Party service fees / charges) will go to the Athlete or their competitor. The purpose of an outside hit is for people to support who they want to see at Grapple Mania and reward the athlete or their competitor by increasing the payout available for winning the match. You may also get a shout out from the commentary team for it!

All money for Outside hits will be held in reservation of the targeted Athlete competing at Grapple Mania. As such, there are no refunds on an Outside Hit.
